I have a deep passion for connecting with others, a drive that has shaped my entire career path, leading me directly to the field of recruiting. After completing college, I embarked on a unique journey, working as a blackjack dealer and pit boss in Lake Tahoe and Las Vegas. Back then, I didn't fully grasp how this experience was laying the ideal groundwork for a career in Talent Acquisition.

With over two decades of experience in this field, I began my journey at a New England-based recruiting firm, specializing in both retained and contingent searches across various roles. My career then transitioned to corporate recruiting, where I joined large corporations and steadily climbed the ladder in terms of responsibilities.

Joining Stone Alliance Group was a natural step forward, allowing me to continue what I love most: connecting with people. In my full life cycle recruiting role, I thrive on developing connections and transforming them into client relationships. Understanding our clients' needs, delving into what they seek in candidates, and then finding that perfect match is incredibly fulfilling for me.

It still amazes me that my career enables me to get paid for doing what I love most – connecting with people.

Fun Facts: Born and raised in Tucson, AZ, my love for the desert and the sun remains unshaken. However, after over 20 years in Massachusetts, I've embraced being a true New Englander, cherishing all four seasons. My hobbies include Pure Barre, walking, beach outings, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends. Most weekends, though, you'll find me cheering enthusiastically at my son's high school baseball games or supporting my daughter at her college equestrian events.
